Return & Refund Policy — The Graivier Center

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

Thank you for shopping with The Graivier Center. Because our products are professional-grade skincare intended for direct application to the skin, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase — by placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds, on any product purchased through this Site, once an order has been placed and shipped, except as described in Section 2 (Damaged or Defective Items) below.

This includes opened and unopened product alike — please review product descriptions, ingredients, and sizing carefully before completing your purchase, as all purchases are final.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to Section 1 is product that arrives damaged in transit or that is defective due to a manufacturing error. For those cases only:

  • You must notify us at info@thegraiviercenter.com or (770) 772-0695 within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product, its packaging, and the shipping label.
  • Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, at our discretion, at no cost to you.
  • This exception does not apply to product that was opened, used, or altered by the customer after delivery, or to damage that occurred after delivery.

3. Have a Question or an Issue with Your Order?

If you have any issue with an order — including a question about a damaged or defective item — please call our office rather than initiating a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer. We're able to resolve most issues directly and quickly.

4. Shipping

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable, including on orders that qualify for a refund or replacement under Section 2.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
